**The Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting permanent full time opportunity for a Reporting Analytics Specialist to join us in the Corporate Services Division based at Macquarie Office.

TfNSW offers flexible working arrangements with a balance of office and work from home options.

This role is to prepare aggregated service reports, dashboards and insights for consumption by agencies, vendors and IT stakeholders management. The Reporting Analytics Specialist acts as a SME who provides guidance to the end users regarding analytics and reporting, solves any issues and ensures an optimum utilisation of the reporting.

**What you will be involved in,**
- Continue to build on the current Service Performance Management Framework (Service Now, Microsoft Power BI, Cloud AZURE Platform) to enable consistent measurement of the effectiveness and efficiency of IT Service Delivery processes and services.
- Assist to manage the service level framework including aggregated reporting for consumption by IT Service Integration stakeholders and agencies. Create and report on performance metrics to identify areas requiring improvement.
- Continue to further develop a mature analytics and reporting function to enable data-driven decision making. Identify strategies and opportunities to aggregate and transform disparate data sets from multiple IT service management platforms into business insight using current tools. Elaborate hypothesis on metrics, reports and queries with the potential to drive significant uplifts in customer Role Description Reporting Analytics Specialist 2 experience and satisfaction with IT services, improvements in operational efficiency, and improvements in service delivery. Collate reporting requirements from the stakeholder teams.

**About you**
- Relevant IT service management certification/s or equivalent experience.
- Experience performing service management role/s in complex federated organisations, with reporting and analytics responsibilities, including the creation of reports and dashboards in leading BI platforms typically used for IT service management.
- Experience in understanding and knowledge of IT service reporting and analytics including analysis of complex data structures, transforming, manipulating and cleansing data, and developing analysis, dashboards and reports to monitor service levels, and measure and improve customer satisfaction with IT services.
- Sound knowledge of infrastructure services and technologies including data centre and compute platforms and products, collaboration and productivity suites, network services (voice, mobile, data).
- A working knowledge of IT service principles and frameworks including ITIL, process tools, frameworks, and best practice methods.

The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 8 ($123,470 - $ 138,284) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
