**KAPSA BRANDS**

KASPA is an exciting new concept which fuses restaurant quality meals with the speed of delivery-only service. You’ll be working in a brand-new, high-tech kitchen across several food brands. So far we have three but are rapidly expanding all over Sydney.

We **_are _**hospitality but we are **_different _**- no dine-in, no customers. Delivery only

**WHAT DOES A SQUAD MEMBER DO?
**The Fun Stuff**

Squad Members are the coolest in kids in the team You get to work in a fun environment AND prep the tastiest dishes, at record speed, while maintaining 100% focus on the amazing quality of our menu. Squad Members only want to succeed, and nothing gets in your way.

**The Technical Stuff**
- Prepare restaurant quality food following proprietary and best practice QSK procedures
- Ensure all ingredients, packaging, and chemicals are well stocked during and after the shift
- Actively co-operate with other Kaspa Squad members and managers to smash out service time KPIs
- Ensure 100% compliance to Kaspa Food Safety Guidelines and that standards are never compromised - we are the best
- Give genuine attention to every delivery driver, treating them with sincere friendliness and care - our drivers are part of our exclusive Squad
- Share the love - assist in the training of new Squad members
