**WHO ARE KAPSA BRANDS?**

KASPA is an exciting new concept which fuses restaurant quality meals with the speed of delivery-only service. You’ll be working in a brand-new, high-tech kitchen across several food brands. So far, we have three but are rapidly expanding all over Sydney.

**WHAT DOES A SQUAD COACH DO?
**The Fun Stuff**

Squad Coaches teach and work with the coolest in kids in the team Your amazing leadership skills are the benchmark for those around you - your squad members aspire to be like you You make it fun coming to work, while ensuring everything gets done, and our hungry customers have their expectations exceeded - excellent food at their door ASAP

**The Technical Stuff**
- Train and level up the existing and newest cool kids (Squad Members)
- Prepare restaurant quality food following proprietary and best practice QSK procedures
- Ensure all ingredients, packaging, and chemicals are well stocked during and after the shift
- Actively co-operate with other Kaspa Squad members and managers to smash out service time KPIs
- Ensure 100% compliance to Kaspa Food Safety Guidelines and that standards are never compromised - we are the best
- Give genuine attention to every delivery driver, treating them with sincere friendliness and care - our drivers are part of the exclusive Squad
