- Data management and analysis skills
- Organisational and planning of tasks and projects
- Understanding of Community Health data and processes or able to build engagement with stakeholders

Essential: Show organization and planning with tasks and projects

Essential: Ability to work with people at all levels, communicate well, negotiate and build trust and partnerships

Essential: Able to analyze data for quality and accuracy

Desirable: Understanding of Community Health data and processes

Desirable: Understanding of the systems used such as iPM, Cerner EMR, Uniti, MasterCare, DMR

Essential: Ability to troubleshoot problems and find solutions
