**The Opportunity**
Unlike most Accounts Payable Roles our opportunity is less traditional - at CTM our Accounts Payable Team are responsible for overseeing and contributing to timely processing of payments and reconciliations relating to our clients travel expenditure. We are firm believers in working smarter and using technology for efficiency gains, especially during this period of rapid growth in our business.

**About You**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing a high volume of AP transactions utilising automated processes accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments in accordance with suppliers payment terms and maintain the supporting reconciliations (Domestic and International)
- Regularly review and following up the outstanding creditor ledgers, including ageing.
- Ensure creditors, terms and account details are maintained in the system.

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years experience relevant to Accounts Payable functions including a sound knowledge and understanding of accounting principles including GST.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service.
- Thorough and accurate with strong attention to detail.
- Moderate Excel Skills are required.
