We are looking for Service Delivery Manager for Canberra for a large-scale project. This is a permanent role with a global IT service leader.

**Requirements**:

- 8-10 years experience - independent operator who can hold technical delegations for change etc.
- Process focus on task with evidence of a continuous improvement culture and formal process, ITSM or SIAM experience mandatory.
- Experience in establishing & driving new capability while leveraging technology to deliver business outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management, planning and organisation skills
