Plantmark’s operations include one large-scale production nursery and seven Wholesale Trade Markets with sales and distribution in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland.

**Description**:
Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Southern Operations Manager and working closely with the onsite Trade Market Nursery Manager, this role is responsible for achieving sales targets through the delivery of fast and accurate quotes, coordination of stock orders and timely dispatch of greenlife and allied products. The role has become available due to an internal transfer.

Leading a team of five sales and dispatch specialists, the successful incumbent will ensure that customer and supplier relationships are nurtured, Plantmark service standards are maintained and sales targets are achieved. Managing of budgets, business planning, employee performance and safety standards are an integral part of the role.

The position is full time, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend watering support.

- Practical understanding of coordinating sales orders and dispatch procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a team to deliver results and standards.

- Collaborative communication style with strong written/verbal skills.
