We are searching for our next leader to guide our team in creating the SHARPEST customer experience, while also maintaining our high standards in all aspects of our business. **As a Tarocash leader you**:

- Are passionate about menswear and providing an exceptional customer experience to each and every customer.
- Have management experience with proven ability to exceed sales and KPI targets both personally and through your team.
- Can identify opportunities in store to maximise sales.
- Have the ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team.
- Can lead from the front and support our company’s culture and values.
- Have good time management and can execute company directives in a swift and through manner; with a keen eye for detail.
- Have a can-do attitude that thrives in a team environment.
