We think the following items will help you shine bright: - You bring 2-3 years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail (ideally managing a cafe or small-medium sized food establishment), with a flair for mentoring and leading by example - Your passion for customer experience and dedication to top-notch product quality make you the perfect conductor for our sweet symphony. - In a fast-paced environment, you effortlessly connect with customers, showcasing your problem-solving and critical thinking skills. - Multitasking is your superpower, and your organisational skills are the glue that holds everything together. - A positive team player with strong communication skills, you're not just a manager; you're a supportive guide and a friendly face. - Authentic, down-to-earth, and, hey, a love for cake is definitely a bonus - You have completed the online Food Handler Basics certification, and can demonstrate exceptional Food Safety - having Food Safety Supervisor Certification would be highly regarded. - You're excited to be a positive ambassador of the BSP brand. - This isn't a requirement, but let's face it - a LOVE of cake a bonus **About the Business** Black Star Pastry started as a boutique patisserie in Newtown in 2008 and has since grown into an established and loved brand.
