**About us**
We are an Education & Migration consultancy based in Perth CBD with clients mainly from Subcontinent & South East Asia, we are currently seeking a motivated Office Assistant to join our team. The successful applicant will need to be reliable, well presented with a professional phone manner, and have excellent customer service skills.
**To be considered for this role you must**:
- Possess excellent PC Skills with strong knowledge of administrative systems and procedures
- Have good written communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Have effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Have the ability to work as part of a team, but able to work independently
- Have the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Have Pro-active approach to resolving queries and problems in an efficient manner
- Have sensitivity to confidential and private matters
- Have a Flexible can-do attitude
**Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Data Entry
- Responding to Client Enquiries
- Scanning and filing of client documents
- Answering the Telephone
- Scheduling Appointments
- General Office Duties
- Always maintain a high level of sensitivity to all private and confidential matters.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
