In this role, you will be responsible to develop and grow the ABB E mobility business in the defined sales area and be committed to meet and exceed the defined Country, State and Individual Key Performance Indices (KPIs) (e.g. team’s sales budget, customer focus, service quality, channel focus, Net Promoters Score (NPS), compliance to ABB Policies, etc.). Reporting to National Sales Manager, you will increase specification of ABB products and systems by effectively utilizing a network of engineering consultants, system integrators, distributors and end users.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Increase specification of ABB products and systems by effectively utilizing a network of engineering consultants, system integrators, distributors and end users.
- Keep abreast of all major projects in order to plan effective pursuit.
- Develop and execute sales action plan following the national and state strategy for effective and sustainable growth of ABB business to satisfy company sales budget and profitability.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly sales forecast based on your project pursuits and prospects in ABB Sales Pipeline System.
- Prepare and follow up a complete call plan and an organized/structured call preparation.
- Identify new sales leads and prospects and securing the business with these prospects for ABB.
- Grow and sustain growth of ABB business with existing Customers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Customers’ senior management and decision makers to ensure high success rate in securing orders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times by resolving all NPS / Customer Complaint Resolution Process (CCRP) / SAP issues and disputes promptly.
- Support ABB Shared Services (Accounts Department) when required to minimize credit and payment collection risks for ABB.

**Your background**:

- Knowledge - trade or degree qualified in Electrical Engineering
- Demonstrated negotiation skills in securing orders
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and business development
- Extensive network with strong relationships with customer channels and in particular, with 3rd party influencing parties e.g. End Users, Consultants, and Builders / Developers
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
