As the **Tobacco Operations Manager**, you’ll be at the heart of Metcash’s strategy to deliver growth and profitability for our independent retail network. This is your chance to step up as a change-maker, driving operational transformation in one of the most dynamic product categories. Lead cross-functional teams, champion innovative initiatives, and shape the future of our business.

**In this Role**
- Initiate new business ideas and implement the same to grow share and deliver incremental business.
- Own and manage the retailer volume management process like a pro.
- Lead initiatives to combat illicit trade and safeguard our strategy.
- Achieve retail sales targets, improve COGS, and boost profitability.
- Lead the way through regulatory changes with precision and foresight.
- Act as the go-to specialist for category growth strategies, using insights to drive decisions.
- Devise and deliver initiatives that align with the bigger tobacco strategy.
- Build supplier partnerships that deliver great outcomes for Metcash and our retailers.
- Lead trading performance reviews and turn insights into action.
