**About the Role**:
The Manufacturing Operator will support the manufacturing team by performing various manufacturing activities, specifically general metal fabrication and assembly.

The position is full-time with working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Key responsibilities include:

- Perform general metal fabrication tasks such as drilling, grinding and cutting.
- Assembly of metal components into kits
- Provide support to roll forming, press and curving operations as required
- Material handling by counterbalance forklift as required with - LF forklift licence
- Potential to undertake MIG welding/scope to learn.

**Requirements**:

- 1 + years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and technical skills
- Knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance principles
- Forklift License is advantageous
- A great attitude towards safety and quality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks

As part of the recruitment process a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test and criminal history check will be required.
