As the Communications and Engagement Analyst for this leading University you will be part of an exciting and major transformation program with international impact. The role will support the Portfolio and Planning Projects across change and communications, engagement, training, and business readiness.
**Key activities**
- Working under direction of the Change Manager / Lead, support the implementation of communications and engagement
- Contribute to plans for engagement, events and communication across multiple channels
- Develop and maintain communication artefacts and resources such as presentation packs, FAQs, guides
- Support stakeholder management: identify direct and indirect impacted stakeholders, and support the Support the implementation of surveys, assess results, and support the reporting of measured change adoption and success
- Coordination of training design, development and delivery including QA and review as required
- Deliver a change champions program that is engaging and effective
**Skills and experience**
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in Communication, Change Management, Events (or similar)
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong collaboration skills and with demonstrated ability to work across teams
- Ability to work diplomatically and collaboratively in teams with business, technical and operational experts with varied cultural experiences, both onshore and offshore
