**Your Impact**

This is an exciting opportunity to engage with our site at Yatala and to continue improvement to the environment, health, safety, claims and injury management performance. By ensuring the development, implementation and maintenance of key EHS and injury management and return to work processes. The role supports Sales (both alcohol and non-alcohol business units), Supply Chain, SETS, and Technical Services through specialist support and consultancy, training, coaching and support of local personnel and provision of technical advice.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development of local EHS procedures and the implementation of national EHS requirements
- Drive EHS incident and risk management processes through coaching and support to ensure timely reporting, recording, investigation, closing of corrective actions and sharing of learnings within business
- Implement and monitor the national behavioural based safety program
- Drive local EHS improvement programs and provide regular status updates
- Coordinate the management of Workers Compensation claims within the business and ensure compliance with policies and legislative requirements
- Oversee, implement, monitor and review on a regular basis RTW plans and offer of suitable employment in consultation with all key parties involved in the RTW process as per guidelines.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in Occupational Health & Safety or a relevant discipline.
- Experience with return to work and rehabilitation.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an EHS Role in manufacturing environment and demonstrated performance improvement in OHS / Environment in an industrial environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with management and front line leaders without direct line authority.
- Working knowledge of relevant Environmental & Workplace Health & Safety Legislation and Australian Standards.
