About the role: *
As the Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part of the quickly scaling global marketing and sales team and will be helping and enabling our marketing and sales stakeholders to effectively and efficiently improve their processes and ways of working.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team by supporting them in their day to day processes related to Ignition’s MarTech and SalesTech stack to help with ongoing marketing and sales project planning and progress tracking to ensure the team is moving towards the goals and work closely with the team to find creative ways to make technology serve your objectives with a key focus on understanding our customer end to end buying journey, driving insights and collaborating with the wider business to achieve goals.

**What your day to day will look like**:

- Help manage and optimise marketing and sales systems and data management operations used to execute and report on marketing programs throughout the lead lifecycle end-to-end including: automation, segmentation, targeting, delivery, data capture, enrichment, chat, routing, attribution, data hygiene, governance, etc.
- Manage audience segmentation for campaigns
- Partner closely with Marketing to ensure operational excellence across lead generation, management, delivery, attribution, and disposition process compliance
- Partner closely with Sales to ensure operational excellence across lead routing and management as well as to craft sales processes and strategy to improve conversions
- Implement new processes that ensure best practices across our technology stack, focusing on usability, systemisation, standardisation, and documentation
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with marketing and sales to support the infrastructure required to deliver business targets.
- Optimise the MarTech and SalesTech stack including: tool implementation, integration, sync relationships, general troubleshooting, and any other associated technical aspects.

Qualifications*
What you need to succeed: *
- 3+ years marketing or sales experience with 1+ year of experience in B2B organisations and Hubspot experience
- Demonstrated experience in understanding data relationships and flow-on effects
- Passionate about marketing, sales, and supporting the needs of your team with customer experience at the forefront of every decision you make
- Ability to manage, organise and prioritise multiple tasks
- Cross-functional operator with a can-do attitude and demonstrated track record in building strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done
- Tech-savvy and fast learner. You are passionate about learning new tools and technologies
- Demonstrated experience in working the governance of a large marketing automation program
- Demonstrated experience with some or all related integrations to the marketing operations tech stack (e.g. Hubspot, Intercom, Zoom, Google Analytics, and API connections in general)
