Our dynamic Marketing & Customer Experience team is seeking an enthusiastic **Digital Marketing Content Advisor** to lead the production and management of marketing content across ATCO Australia.

The role will also be responsible for the development, management and ongoing optimisation of ATCO’s digital channels including social media.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for leading the management as well as continuous improvement and growth of all of ATCO’s digital properties, including websites and social media channels.
- Produce and deliver creative content across a broad range of customer touchpoints with a key focus on user experience (UX), SEO and engagement.
- Work with our agency partners and other 3rd party providers as well as stakeholders in house to further develop ATCO’s channels and also produce content including video, articles, case studies and graphics.
- Lead the development and distribution of timely, engaging, proactive content for ATCOs social media and web platforms that reflects our brand voice.
- Work with the broader Marketing and Corporate Affairs team, and other internal stakeholders to produce marketing and communication material in-line with the marketing strategy and business plan.
- Analysis and reporting on marketing and engagement data around content including social media channels and web content.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience producing marketing content: written, case studies, graphics, social media activity and video content
- Demonstrated experience managing and growing owned digital properties including websites and social media channels
- Experience with website administration using a website backend
- Demonstrated experience managing and growing a social media presence
- Natural storyteller with a unique ability to produce content in an engaging way, regardless of the audience

**Desirable but not essential**:

- Experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Experience Manager and Premiere in particular)
- Experience using Wordpress, Webflow or another comparable CMS
- Experience using Salesforce - Marketing Cloud
