We are looking for an experienced Food Production Manager to oversee weekly and day-to-day production activities in our small but rapidly growing food manufacturing business in the Parramatta/ Silverwater area.

The role is focused around product deliverables and efficiency. The work will be a combination of office based requirements but also hands on.

The basics we're looking for:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in the food industry, ideally manufacturing/cooking. Experience would span production management, procurement, stock control, quality assurance and R&D.
- Sound knowledge of food safety and GMP.
- Ability to manage a team of people, with good communication, organisational and problem solving skills.
- Competitive salary package. Parking on site can be provided.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
