**The Client**:
MPL Group has partnered with a local Builder Developer, aligning with their current growth strategy and a pipeline of projects exceeding $150M that are about to commence. The team requires an HSE Advisor experienced in similar construction environments. They maintain up-to-date systems and procedures regarding safety, as they consider the health and safety of their employees to be their utmost priority.

**The Position**:
To excel in this role, you must have recent experience as an HSE Advisor within a mid or top-tier construction firm, focusing on delivering high-rise residential projects.
- You must be methodical and thorough with your documentation, possessing up-to-date knowledge of HSE regulations.
- You should take full ownership of your duties and meet milestones promptly. Commercial acumen is essential, along with technical expertise to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- A proactive approach is required, with a willingness to engage directly and actively in tasks.
- You must be capable of conducting toolbox talks and carrying out site audits.

**Your Experience and Qualifications**:

- The individual should be skilled in effective communication with Senior Management, local subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Rigorous attention to documentation is imperative.
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team is necessary.
- A proactive and hands-on approach is vital for this position.
