Experienced HSE Advisor required for Tier 2 Builder
**Your new company**
I have partnered with an established Tier 2 Commercial Builder that is on the search for their next Safety professional to manage their pipeline of high-rise developments. This client has extensive experience in all areas of construction, with projects ranging from mid-rise to large high-rise residential developments. In working with this team, you will have the luxury of being a part of a well-processed and compliant team that prioritises safety in the workplace.

**Your new role**
As the HSE Advisor, you will have the opportunity to deliver a variety of construction projects ranging from $10 million to $200 million. You will be responsible for:

- Supporting the appropriate preparation, management and response to HSE Regulatory Compliance inspections, audits, statutory reports and prescribed incident notifications.
- Maintaining oversight of HSE risk registers and risk assessment/SWMS reviews
- Providing specialist health and safety advice
- Supporting the operational teams' collective health and safety capacity
- Conducting on-site inductions and effective risk identification and assessment

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful in this role, you will have experience working in a Safety position on large commercial construction projects. You will be a true safety leader within the organisation and lead from the front in all things HSE related. Requirements include:

- Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety
- Experience in relevant software, such as Procore, HammerTech, or SignOnSite
- ** Proven experience as a HSE advisor on high-rise projects**
