**About the position**
The Scots College is an innovative and creative teaching and learning environment for boys T-12. We pride ourselves on our quest for excellence, our faith and tradition and a culture of leadership through teams for both our students and staff.
We are currently seeking a friendly, dynamic and hardworking Assistant to the Admissions Office to join our Senior campus, based at Bellevue Hill. In this role you will act as the first point of contact for parents and guests visiting the Senior Campus, along with providing efficient administrative support to the College. The role is full time and permanent, starting immediately.
**Essential to this role**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative skills and experience, ideally in a school environment
- Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive matters
- High attention to detail
- Accurate database entry skills
- The ability to multi-task & prioritise
- Professional and personal integrity
- A proactive, flexible and innovative approach to your work
- Experience in Microsoft office programs; including Word and Excel
