**About us**

We have shifts available in both community and residential settings.

Our residential shifts cover 24 hours a day, and range from 4-8 hours in length. The overnight portion of the shift (10pm - 6am) will either be active or sleepover.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Professional or lived experience supporting someone with a disability
- An understanding of the disability sector and person-centered support
- Excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach
- Flexible availability & a long-term commitment to the organisation
- Comfortable with personal care

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Assistance with community access and recreational activities
- Personal care (showering, toileting, and hygiene assistance)
- Manual handling and the use of wheelchairs & hoists
- Transportation and social engagement
- Light domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning
- Behavioural and Mental Health Support
- Following Behaviour Management Plans
- Completing documentation and case notes.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $39.99 per hour
