Autosports Group is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands. Currently we have over 1800 employees across 55 Dealerships in NSW / QLD / VIC and NZ. Due to continued growth we are Seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join our QLD team.

**Some responsibilities include**:

- Recruit, Train and performance manage a growing team of parts managers.
- Prepare sales budgets and ensure these are accordingly adhered to.
- Develop effective processes for both internal and external customers.
- Maintain inventory and ensure any delays are communicated in a timely fashion.
- Working with other department managers across the dealership
- Continual improvement of department systems and processes
- Identify and resolve any issues in the parts department and ensure achievement of short
- and long-term objectives.
- Ensuring department safety procedures are adhered to at all times.

**To be considered for this role, you will have**:

- A Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
- Strong IT and systems skills
- An open, proactive and confident management style
- Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
- Outstanding attention to detail and time management
- The ability to assess and report on department results in a timely manner.
- A Current Drivers Licence
