We are looking for our Head Barista

We are opening in May and are seeking a Head Barista for our Crew.
Tasked with stocktaking, supervising staff and ensuring procedures and quality are upheld.
Working with new tech ordering systems such as QR and online ordering assist with automating many management tasks.

We are seeking an individual that is an extension of our values with a professional but friendly demeanor. We are closely working with a local roastery and are excited to provide the great coffee on the honeysuckle waterfront

Experience is essential for this role, 2 years minimum with confidence in grind settings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $21.38 - $45.11 per hour

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
