If so, we want to hear from you We're seeking a Real Estate Associate to work alongside a process-driven, dynamic agent who is both patient and genuine in their approach.

What We're Looking For:

- A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and boundless energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a natural ability to build relationships through both phone and in-person interactions.
- Resilience and excellent communication skills for cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting - these will form approximately 50% of your daily activities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while following established processes.
- Commitment to ensuring all administrative tasks within the sale workflow are completed proactively and accurately.
- Previous real estate experience is preferred but not essential—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key

Pay: $23.23 - $38.73 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
