Guardrail Installer / Crew Leader

Full-Time | South East QLD | Growth Potential

We're a high-quality Guardrail Installation business that prides itself on strong teamwork, integrity, and exceptional workmanship.

We're seeking an experienced Guardrail Installer. This is a hands-on role for someone with proven guardrail experience who can confidently fulfil site operations and lead by example.

You can;

  • Join as a Guardrail Installer only and focus on installations and repairs
  • Grow into a Crew Leader role if you want to take the next step
  • Step straight into a Crew Leader role if you already have leadership experience

The Role

  • Work alongside your crew on new guardrail and safety barrier installations and repair works
  • Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Liaise with supervisors, clients, and team members to maintain strong communication and progress
  • Work primarily across South East QLD (occasional regional travel)

Additional responsibilities for those stepping into a Crew Leader role:

  • Lead and work alongside your crew on installations and repair works
  • Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Read and interpret project plans and specifications

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in guardrail installation (essential)
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Physically fit and capable of hands-on work
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport (MR/HR licence highly regarded)
  • White Card essential
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
