We need a skilled and strategic minded individual that knows the end goal and pragmatically is able to take our business on this journey incrementally.- Reporting to the Head of Strategic Execution, you will also be working closely with the strategy team to create clarity for the organisation through the implementation and continued improvement of objectives and key results and to use our quarterly and annual planning and review processes to ensure we deliver to these objectives and track and monitor outcomes. This creates transparency, empowerment and accountability for our leaders and our strategic priorities.- Important to your success - let's grow together- In order to be successful in this role, you will require the following:
- Proven examples of strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to align portfolios and initiatives with business objectives.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including experience with Agile portfolio management and OKR implementation.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams and leaders.
- Experience driving organisational change and fostering an Agile mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating portfolio performance and OKR progress.
- Experience in using key portfolio tracking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) and experience with portfolio management tools are a plus.
