Marketing Manager Lollies

**The Opportunity**:
Due to an internal movement, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join our Confectionary team at Nestle. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Confectionery, this autonomous role will drive the strategic long-term agenda of our iconic brands Allen’s, Soothers and Quick-Eze in the Lollies and Medicated category.

You will lead the acceleration of brand performance, deliver innovation projects, and drive our communication and sustainability agenda. Providing leadership of the marketing function with a team of 5 bright and energetic marketers, as well as working collaboratively with cross functional teams, you will be a pivotal player in driving our iconic brands forward

**A day in the life of...**:

- You will be responsible for strategic planning and the development of a long-term vision for the brands
- You will lead the development and implementation of Marketing Plans across a portfolio of brands with local innovation and communication development
- You will be accountable for functional competency development & succession planning of the team
- You will contribute to a high performing, fun and inclusive culture in the Confectionery Marketing Team

**What will make you successful**:

- You will have a love for FOOD and curiosity for all things food-related especially snacks
- You will have prior experience in a Senior Marketing Manager role with team responsibility
- You have innovation leadership experience - solid experience in new product development including concept creation, new product development and commercialisation into market
- You will have exceptional communication experience - Masterbrand and NPD communication development and digital capabilities in building leading brands
- You will have a proven track record of marketing strategies and implementation
- You will have demonstrated business acumen with proven experience of budget and P&L management
- It will be highly regarded if you have cross-functional experience from Category or Sales related roles
- Ideally you will hold a tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business
