**Branch Customer Advisor**

**In this role, you will**
- Support our** Metro East branches** by being the first point of contact for our customers
- Work with your customers to identify the most suitable products and services that best matches their needs and ensuring they receive a seamless, consistent, and customised customer service experience every step of the way.
- Assist our customers with account opening, unsecured Lending and banking transactions
- Ensure all customer details are accurate and up to date
- Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure
- Undertaking ongoing training and development to enhance your career development

**The Hours**

Join our team in this permanent Monday to Friday role within the hours **9:15am-4:30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9:15am-5:30pm Friday.**

In this role your skills and expertise will be required to cover our** Metro East branches*.**
- Metro East branches include Box Hill, Brandon Park, Croydon, Doncaster, Doncaster East, Eastland, Forest Hill, Glen Waverley, Kew, Knox, & Chirnside Park branches _

This is a permanent 5 day per week role and a valid licence and transport is essential. **Mileage paid**
