We are currently seeking a **female Residential Care Worker** in the **Revesby** area to support a client with **complex mental health and behavioural support needs**, including schizophrenia, acquired brain injury (ABI), and other co-occurring diagnoses.

**Please note: due to the nature of this role, applicants must identify as female and have proven experience supporting individuals with complex mental health conditions and high-intensity behavioural needs.**

**About the Role**:
This is not your average support worker role. You’ll be working closely with a client who requires a high level of consistency, emotional intelligence, and resilience. This is a deeply rewarding role for someone with the right experience and mindset.

Your support will include:

- Personal care (including bathing, bowel care, dressing, grooming)
- Medication support and behaviour-aware assistance
- Domestic tasks (cleaning, laundry, meal prep, shopping)
- Community access, transport to appointments, and recreational support
- Working collaboratively with the client on achieving their **NDIS goals**:

- Accurately recording daily notes and incident reports where required

**To Succeed in This Role, You Must Have**:

- **Mandatory experience** working with clients with **complex mental health diagnoses** and their **associated behaviours**:

- Understanding of conditions such as **ABI, schizophrenia, and psychosocial disabilities**:

- Strong boundaries, excellent judgement, and emotional resilience
- Previous experience in disability, aged care, or mental health support
- Sound knowledge of personal care and medication administration
- Bowel care and/or Manual Handling training (highly desirable)
- Outstanding communication and de-escalation skills
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Basic computer literacy and confidence with client management systems
