Colette et Louis is looking for a full-time Supervisor for Melbourne.

Colette et Louis ensures luxury boutiques impress every customer who walks through their doors. Attention to detail, discretion, impeccable presentation, and passion for excellence are our fundamental values.

As a supervisor, you will join a dynamic, progressive, and highly experienced team and be available to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.

Main responsibilities include:

- Organising rosters according to client’s needs
- Recruiting and training new staff
- Ensuring good relationships are maintained within the Colette et Louis team and with clients
- Dealing with staff matters

Key Selection Criteria:

- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Motivational leadership skills with the proven ability to coach and train your team
- The demonstrated ability to deliver luxury services
- Previous experience in a similar role or luxury environment will be viewed favourably
- Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for a 5-star environment
- Availability to work across a 7 day a week roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays
- Currently hold or be able to obtain a valid NSW RSA Certificate
- Flexibility with work hours
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
- Valid Driver’s License

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne City VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (required)
- Luxury retail: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NSW RSA Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
