**The Company**

This role will also be part of the management team and critical to the businesses success into the future. This role will be based in Bairnsdale Victoria.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Operations Manager and also working closely with the site based leaders you will be responsible for:

- Leading the two site based maintenance teams and driving maintenance plans and processes.
- Developing and implementing the R&M strategy for the site and it's maintenance systems.
- Mentoring, educating and leadership of the maintenance team and external departments in implementing predictive maintenance and LEAN methodologies.
- Assisting with capital projects across the site that will deliver increased capacity along with safety improvements and efficiency gains.
- Driving change management and continuing on the path of preventative maintenance and reducing machine downtime.
- One of the key focusses will also be managing system compliance and integrity and providing training to your group on the CMMS system.

**Your Background**

To be successful, you will be degree or trade qualified and have a proven background in reliability and maintenance from a large scale manufacturing environment. You will also be able to demonstrate your ability to work through change and drive preventative maintenance with exceptional communication and leadership skills. Those with experience in food manufacturing will be looked at favourably.
