**The Role**:
**Creating Impactful Learning Journeys**

Inspire, engage, and develop a generation of Cotton On Group team mates. Our Learning and Development Specialist plays an important role in helping us to drive career growth through innovative, digestible learning solutions. In this fixed term role, you’ll design, develop, and deliver exceptional training programs that support our people’s development and shape the future of our business.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Partner with teams to identify learning needs and create tailored solutions that drive growth.
- Design engaging training content, blending creativity with industry insights
- Ensure content is high-quality, on-brand, and relevant for diverse audiences.
- Manage and update our LMS (Oracle Learning), keeping content fresh and accessible.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide support, ensuring a smooth learning experience.
- Lead exciting internal project that inspire change and embed learning and development into our daily operating rhythm
- Provide outstanding customer service to stakeholders and learners.
- Facilitate workshops that spark growth and foster collaboration.
- Present learning solutions to internal stakeholders and support with roll out and embedment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in a similar learning and development role within a high performing workplace culture
- Passion for creating meaningful workplace learning experiences that inspire and engage, especially for leadership and management.
- Mastery in instructional design tools (Evolve, Canva, Scribe) and LMS platforms.
- Exceptional copywriting skills that bring ideas to life.
- A knack for writing audio and video scripts that elevate learning.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communicator who thrives on collaboration.
- Self-starter who can manage tasks independently and hit deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience in facilitation and presenting workshops that energize teams.
