**About us**:
C&IB Operations supports the Agency & Trustee Services business (Corporate Finance) in the operational and cashflow management, with efficient oversight and execution of bespoke transactions acting as the Facility Agent, Security Trustee, Intercreditor Agent, Escrow Agent, Account Bank, USPP Paying Agent or Note Registry services. Such transactions are originated within Corporate & Institutional Banking and Corporate Finance.

Reporting to the Senior Associate, the team have a need for an Associate to provide efficient and accurate transaction documentation, to provide Stakeholders, colleagues and customers with a cost effective and efficient best practice service delivery.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- The facilitation of loan drawings, repayments, interest rate resets and fee payments via core system (Loan IQ) and/or manual process
- Accurately record fee income and process payments to both Lenders and Borrowers
- Reconcile account and bank statements as required
- Completion of New and Terminated facility checklists
- Working closely with the Agency Relationship Managers to provide a seamless service to Borrowers and Syndicate Banks
- Maintaining deal parameters such as pricing within Core system (Loan IQ) and/or manual process
- Ensuring electronic records management relating to payments is completed accurately and on a daily basis
- Review documentation in a timely manner and provide comments in relation to the operational aspects of the transaction
- Attend and contribute to pre-close meetings with both internal and external parties as required
- Contribute towards ongoing process improvement.
