**Cadastral Surveyor - Brisbane or Sunshine Coast**

**The Company**:
This Mid-Tier Survey company specialises in land and development consulting. They are currently looking to hire another Cadastral Surveyor to join their Cadastral team - someone interested in becoming endorsed.

This position is there for an ambitious, dynamic Surveyor looking to get the best out of their career and set themselves up for the future.

**The Position**:
Reporting to the National Survey Manager, the role of a Cadastral Surveyor is primarily responsible for undertaking complete cadastral & topographic surveys in and around Brisbane and Queensland. Your responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

- Checking and maintaining all legal requirements relating to cadastral surveys for each project.
- Ensuring work is carried out within the client's guidelines and agreed timeframes.
- Adhering to the Company's safety processes and procedures.
- Occasional regional travel may be required.

**The Person**:

- Relevant Qualifications - Degree or Advanced Diploma of Surveying
- Previous experience working on subdivisions, detail surveys, idents, small construction projects.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of legislation, systems, procedures and technology
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Previous experience in supervising projects and staff
- An excellent eye for detail and attention to accuracy
- Effective time management and planning
