**Who they are looking for**:

- A strong retailer with at least 2 years Management experience
- A passion for the retail environment and providing exceptional customer service building
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- A leader, you are an inspiring mentor who leads from the front. Consistently training and upskilling your amazing team
- Excellent computer skills, along with a thorough understanding of how to use systems
- Ensure appropriate managerial floor coverage and staffing levels based on sales mix, client traffic and conversion
- Strong interpersonal skills to relate to various stakeholders, both internal and external
- An ability to demonstrate a can-do attitude and react positively to changing work demands
- Experienced with store operations, reporting, rostering, VM and stocktake
- A flexible approach and an ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting necessary deadlines
