
Luxury Store Manager

**Position Summary**
This position is responsible for perfect overall store leadership and operations and is a true Brand Ambassador. This position also encompasses administrative activities and store budget management (sales, plans, profitability, customer portfolio etc.)
**Key Responsibilities/Duties**
**Managerial / Supervisory Role**
- Attract, recruit, develop, retain,and engage customers.
- Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor:VIC/VIP relationship.
- Supervise sales to ensure customer satisfaction, engagement.
- Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and ensure they are achieved.
- Analyze the results and implement action plans defined with the HO and guarantee follow up at store level.
- Communicate high quality relevant feedbacks and reporting to HO and/or staff.
- Inform the Head of Retail any local events in the city and/or organized by competitors.
- Know and monitor business environment including local competition.
- Keep relevant with market and fashion trends and communicate this information to the Staff.
**Leader and People Development**
- Scout and recruit store staff and manage their integration into the team.
- Oversee staff induction programs ensuring new hires are quickly and efficiently integrated.
- Monitor staff training programs to enhance product skills, customer service,CRM, VM, sales technique, stock management.
- Manage and motivate staff to increase performance and sales, and to ensure efficiency.
- Manage daily morning briefs enhancing staff animation, motivation and commitment.
- Carry out staff performance evaluation and suggest personal development.
**Brand Promoter (Clients)**
- Promote the culture of the brand internally and externally
- Highly aware of - and taking into consideration everything - concerning customers of the store (footfall typology, VIC profiles etc).
- Ensure excellence in the sales ritual as per company policy, supervising customer service (presales, in sales,aftersales) and relationship building (loyalty). Professionally manage customer complaints.
- Ensure impeccable aesthetics in the store (furniture, technical equipment, lights etc) requesting any needed technical maintenance.
- Ensure impeccable internal visualand windows display following VM guidelines.
- Together with offices in charge suggestand adopt sales strategies, CRM and marketing plans aimed at increasing revenues. Ensure smooth events and provide feedbacks.
**Process Manager**
- Oversee management of warehouse space and ensure availability of the full range of items in the collection (granting quick access to core categories). Monitor warehouse spaces dedicated, for example to repairs, packaging, VM tools and products for in-house use.
- Maintain organization of administrative responsibilities (sales reports,petty cash, shipping records, vendor records, HR records etc.) and supervise cash procedures and regulations.
- Take an active role in inventory.
- Put current processes in practice and test them with a continuous improvement approach, providing relevant feedback

**Skills, Knowledge &Competencies**
- Versed in retail sales preferably luxury fashion
- Business mind-setand problem-solving skills

- Ability to deal with difficult situations
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Leadership, people and time management
- Microsoft Office, POS
**Academic Qualifications**
- University graduateor above in Business or related disciplines (not compulsory)
**Professional Experience**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Assistant Store Manager or Store Managerrole in a luxury retail environment.
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
