**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:
To excel in this role, you should have:

- Formal qualification in Beauty (i.e. Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy).
- Demonstrated experience as a successful Experienced Therapist
- Superior customer service and selling skills with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Management experience highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive team culture
- Advanced Laser and skin treatments experience is desirable

**YOUR ROLE**:
As Assistant Clinic Manager at our **Neutral Bay** clinic, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Clinic Manager in daily operations and delivering outstanding client experiences. Your role will involve a combination of customer service, team leadership, and operational responsibilities such as:

- ** Expertise in Beauty Treatments**: Showcase your expertise in skin, LED, laser, and Skinstitut, contributing to the team's knowledge and skills.
- ** Product Knowledge Enhancement**: Drive the upskilling of your team in specialist product knowledge, staying ahead in the dynamic beauty industry.
- ** Customer Service Excellence**: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring clients receive a memorable and satisfying experience.
- ** Operational Support**: Assist in various clinic operations, including rostering, banking, and end-of-day procedures, to maintain the smooth functioning of the clinic.
