This role is perfect for someone who has supervisory or senior therapist experience and is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work closely with the Clinic Manager to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, support team performance, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Demonstrated sales experience with a strong record of achieving KPIs
- Excellent time management, organisation, and efficiency skills
- Previous supervisory or assistant management experience (ideal for those ready to step into a management role)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and support a team of Beauty Therapists
- Positive, goal-focused, and leads by example
- A genuine passion for skin, beauty, and delivering exceptional service

About the Role

As an **Assistant Clinic Manager**, you’ll:

- Support the Clinic Manager in overseeing daily operations and front desk management
- Help coordinate team performance, ensuring KPIs and client care standards are met
- Assist in staff training, mentoring, and motivation
- Step up to lead when the Clinic Manager is unavailable
- Work with the team to create personalised consultations and treatment plans that exceed client expectations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
