**About the role**

Join the talented team at Pursue Wealth as an Associate Adviser. In this full-time position based in South Melbourne VIC, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services to our valued clients. **What you'll be doing**
- Assisting in the development and implementation of holistic financial plans for individual and business clients
- Conducting client meetings and interviews to understand their unique financial goals and objectives
- Researching and analyzing client financial situations to identify opportunities and risks
- Preparing detailed financial reports, recommendations and strategies
- Collaborating with other advisers and professionals to deliver integrated solutions
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, trends and best practices
- Providing exceptional client service and building long-term, trusted relationships

**What we're looking for**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in financial planning, accounting or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a financial planning or advisory role
- Strong technical knowledge of financial products, markets and investment strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address client needs
- A commitment to professional development and maintaining industry certifications
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
