At Bakers Delight our baking staff are responsible for:

- Assisting in product preparation and baking.
- Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
- Assisting the Production Manager with stock control and production expenses.
- Providing delightful customer service.
- Dough making.
- Oven work.
- Maintaining Bakery cleanliness to WHS Standards.
- Ordering stock and stocktake.
- Passion for baking.
- great work ethic and some enthusiasm
- Ability to work a rotating roster.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and flexible environment.

Your customer service focus and ability to consistently show initiative in an efficient manner will help you succeed in this role. Excellent organisational and communication skills are a must

You will be a reliable and self-motivated team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and hold excellent time management skills.
