**What You'll Be Working On**

As a Draftsperson, you will be primarily responsible for the efficient and accurate preparation of drawings, encompassing contract documentation, preconstruction procedures, construction techniques, and compliance requirements. Your role will involve:

- Liaising with Development stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation is provided
- Consulting with other business departments, providing technical advice and assistance to achieve business objectives
- Collaborating with external business stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Undertaking continuous improvement initiatives with the drafting team and business stakeholders
- Occasionally creating sketches in accordance with customer, construction, statutory, and compliance requirements

**Who Will Be Successful**

To excel in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

- Residential Drafting experience, showcasing your expertise
- Cert IV in Residential Drafting or an equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in using ArchiCAD for accurate and efficient drawings
- (Optional) Experience using Revit software
- (Optional) Experience with multi-unit developments is beneficial but not critical
- Sound knowledge of Australian Standard and NCC requirements
- Familiarity with Local Government policies and guidelines
- Strong Construction and R-Codes knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration
