- We are recruiting now for leaders to join our Centre Management team to step up assisting our people to connect communities in our centre in Western Sydney at Minchinbury.

**What is expected from you**:

- You will be a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, delivering results working with our people for operations of our aquatic centre.
- Focus on helping deliver centre-wide results and lead by example.
- Opportunity to develop a range of skills and capabilities across all centre functions including customer experience, promoting our products, learn to swim programs, health and safety compliance, and pool operations.
- You will be some one who will jump in to take a swim lesson if needed.

**What you will bring in**:

- Sale and Customer Experience in a customer-centric culture.
- Risk and Compliance with laws, regulations for leisure industry practices.
- Promoting a safety culture to patrons and child protection per Royal Life Saving.

**Experience Required**:

- Bring your story from the Health, Fitness, Aquatics, Hospitality, Tourism, Retail or Business sectors
- Team leader or people manager to motivate and develop others
- Operating pool equipment including plant rooms
- Experience in customer service and sales, and the ability to achieve sales
- Act with courtesy / professionalism to create customer experiences
- Flexibility, adaptability, resilience, and ability to accept feedback
- Understanding WHS and risk with the Guidelines for Safe Pool Operations and NSW Health regulations

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Full time work rights in Australia
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Royal Life Saving NSW Lifeguard Certificate
- Valid or Obtain a valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check

**Shift Timings**:

- You should be available to work in one or more of the below mentioned shift timings.
- Potential shift timings on weekdays are from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
- Potential weekend hours are from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- managerial: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
