Our boutique-style centre is calm, clean, and family-friendly—no crowded chaos here With a warm indoor pool (32–33°C) and small class sizes, we create the perfect environment for both swimmers and instructors to shine.

As we continue to grow in our eighth year, we're excited to welcome new Swimming Instructors to our award-winning team. Whether you're already certified or just curious about starting your journey, we'll support you every step of the way.

No experience? No problem We'll guide you through training and certification.

What We're Looking For:

  • AUSTSWIM qualification (or willingness to get it)
  • Current CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working With Children Check
  • A friendly, reliable, and committed attitude
  • Availability during:
  • Weekday afternoons (from 3:20 PM)
  • Saturdays (from 7:50 AM or 11:20 AM)

This role is great for:

  • Parents returning to the workforce
  • High school students (16+)
  • Uni students looking for flexible shifts
  • Former swimmers or lifeguards keen to share their passion
  • Anyone who wants rewarding, short shifts (3–4 hours)

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $20.00 – $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 10 per week
