- Perform problem analysis to identify support call trends and problem areas.
- Create articles for the knowledge base to ensure common issues and configurations are well documented and available to employees to help promote self-service.
- Onboard new employees including provisioning of equipment and logins and orienting employees to the environment.
- Offboard of departing employees including disabling of access and collection of assets.
- Perform platform health checks
- Working knowledge of OpenID, OAuth, SAML, Federation is must
- Experience working on Linux based infrastructure along with good knowledge of python or any other scripting language like javascript
- ISAM and Microfocus understanding will be an add-on advantage.
- Great communication Skills
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow, Jira
- CI/CD Deployment understanding will be an added advantage
- Should have basic Java Knowledge.
**Note**: Australia Citizens/PR Holders/ Work & Dependent Visa holders will be considered.
**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
