**About Us**:
Speech Pathways is a vibrant, community-focused speech therapy practice dedicated to empowering individuals on their communication journey. Led by an experienced and passionate speech therapist, we provide high-quality, evidence-based services through a unique model where Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) deliver therapy under the guidance of senior speech therapist. We work with clients of all ages, offering a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment for both our team and clients.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Allied Health Assistant (AHA) to join our team. Must currently be undertaking a degree in Speech Pathology either a Master's Program or their 3rd 4th year of their Bachelor's program. As an AHA, you will play a key role in delivering therapy to clients in their homes, schools, or community settings. You’ll work closely with senior speech therapists to implement therapy plans and help clients achieve their communication goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver speech therapy sessions as outlined by senior speech therapists.
- Support clients in developing communication, language, and speech sound skills.
- Accurately document session notes and client progress.
- Maintain a professional, client-centred approach during all interactions.
- Communicate regularly with supervising therapists to provide feedback and updates.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience or qualifications in Allied Health Assistance or a related field (desirable).
- A genuine interest in supporting individuals with communication needs.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and confidently in community settings.
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Access to a reliable car and a valid driver’s licence.
- Currently undertaking a degree in Speech Pathology either a Master's Program or their 3rd 4th year of their Bachelor's program
