We’re looking for an experienced **Tribe Lead Wealth** to join the **Retail Banking Leadership** **Team**, focusing specifically on how we integrate **wealth and banking propositions** seamlessly for our customers and grow the contribution of Wealth propositions to the Retail Banking P&L.

You’ll lead a focused approach to continually improve and optimise portfolio growth of wealth products - across NTB acquisition, existing customer development and retention activities. The focus will span not only financial and marketing performance, but also channel optimisation and driving long-term customer value. You’ll optimise processes and commercial arrangements with various external 3rd parties and suppliers that are part of the end-to-end Wealth value chain.

**What you’ll do**
- Optmise the P&L of the Wealth business, putting strategies in place to grow customers and revenues sustainably, driving productivity benefits across the value chain, and delivering strong **Wealth propositions across superannuation and insurance** that customers will love.
- Lead the development and implementation of the Wealth acquisition and channel strategy - working closely with external partners and internal stakeholders including Marketing, Digital, Customer Interactions, and Technology to develop product journeys to both acquire new customers and cross sell to existing customers.
- Keep the bank safe by ensuring all legislative change, risk and compliance frameworks, and our conduct is in line with both regulator and community expectations.
- Take a role as a Responsible Manager on INGs AFSL across our Superannuation business.
- Lead a team of professionals with deep expertise to achieve the growth aspirations of the tribe, whilst developing their careers, and supporting a strong “orange” culture of can-do and collaboration.
- Lead agile delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across our systems and processes, with strong understanding of customer centred design methods.

**What we’re looking for**
- ** Proven experience in superannuation and insurance propositions** (7-10+ years) and meets Responsible Manager requirements in terms of product experience and qualifications for AFSL in Wealth products, including meeting ASIC’s RG105 requirements; **Investments experience desirable.**:

- Tertiary qualifications at bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Commerce or relevant university degree, or specific industry qualification relating to wealth products.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience over the last 5 years within a wealth related role
- Tier 1 RG146 Accreditation
- Experience in articulating strategy and setting strategic direction with others (including identifying key priorities and initiative sequencing).
- Experience in managing a large P&L, driving fee revenues, optimising returns in heavily outsourced business models, and effective management of expenses.
- Demonstrable experience leading or influencing changes to products and customer journeys (ideally including journey digitisation initiatives) that have improved portfolio growth, conversion rates and customer experience.
- Proven experience in managing complex issue and incident rectification or remediation initiatives.
- Excellent understanding of the Compliance and Regulatory environment relating to Wealth products and AFSL.
- An analytical mindset, using data to drive decision making.
- Exceptional people leadership capability - able to build strong and engaged teams, driven by purpose and a passion for customers, with a pace for change.
- Experience managing 3rd party/supplier relationships and optimising value and customer outcomes through an extended value chain.
