An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident Accounts Officer to join their Finance Team at the Head Office in Brisbane. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will be, but are definitely not limited to:

- Handling accounts payable and receivable duties
- Maintaining financial records accurately
- Provide assistance to the accounting department (data entry, filing banking, auditing, & reconciling of accounts)
- Preparation of bills & invoices for clients
- Resolving accounts to the general ledger
- Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
- Daily banking duties

**To be considered for this role**:

- Proven work experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional verbal, written & customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to use & create spreadsheets to assist with your day to day tasks
- Strong interpersonal, analytical & numeracy skills
