About the role

This position will be based in Wetherill Park and will support our clients across the Sydney Region.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Onsite break-fix and preventative maintenance services
- Diagnosing faults
- Run up, delivery and installation of multifunction devices and printers
- Customer training & Support
- Software installation and support

About you:
You will be required to work autonomously, possess a passion for technology and demonstrate a willingness to learn

Key Skills & Experience:

- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Minimum 1 year previous experience working with multifunction print devices
- Excellent IT skills are essential
- Hold a current an Australian drivers license
- Previous software installation / integration with print devices' will be highly regarded

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
