Our Insights and Data team helps our clients make better business decisions by transforming an ocean of data into streams of insight. Due to continued growth within Capgemini's Insights & Data practice we intend to recruit an experienced Scrum Master with relevant consulting and communication skills. **Let's talk about the role and responsibilities**:

- Set and measure the squads continuous improvement, create visibility and determine the sprint commitment, release and change management plan and acceptance criteria
- Assist the product owner and project managers with budget and resource planning, collaborating closely with various stakeholders and partners
- Work closely with Platform Managers to develop and facilitate team communication and collaboration strategies
- Manage product backlogs and work with the product manager to prioritise the user stories

**Let's talk about your capability and experience**:

- As an experienced Scrum Master, you would sit across two cross-functional scrum teams and help deliver greater agile efficiencies & processes
- Solid experience in as Scrum Master role (3-5 years plus)
- You are Scrum certified
- Be responsible for the delivery, coaching and protection of the agile squad/scrum team
- Assist in maximising the value created by the squad and facilitate removal of impediments, agile ceremonies and resolve any conflict within the squad
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Engagement with and management of remote resources (on and off-shore) highly desirable
